Why SNAV

Who we want to reach to

As was briefly discussed earlier, our target audience comprises mainly:

People in their 20s and 30s (the working youth) and people with cars that can rent them. To reduce the roads’ traffic moderately, we also provide an alternative to the potential new-buyers by saving their money.

Lesser cars on the roads imply two things - Lesser traffic and more efficient use of the available resources.
We intend to target another group of people from tier 2 and tier 3 cities who don't have excellent connectivity.
In these areas, a small but tightly knit community may prove to be a good starting point, where people do trust others to drive responsibly and handle their car with care.

In the process, the owners earn back a great amount as an exchange for letting others use their car, while it would have been just sitting idly. The renters get to drive a car without necessarily buying one, and they get a choice! But most importantly, the community benefits a lot, both economically and ecologically.

How does it help?

The customers have a safe space where they could drive and stop worrying about privacy and security concerns when getting into a cab service.

The most important and positive outcome of this would be that people who take a car on rent would turn into a growing and repeating customer base, thus reducing our Customer Acquisition Costs (CAC)over time.

We believe that after some initial turbulence, owners would have a list of reliable renters near them and vice-versa which will be beneficial long-term. We also speculate that such a customer base of regulars would increase our overall Customer Lifetime Value (CLV).
